The property is rented from 3:00 pm Friday until 10:00 am the following Friday. Our tenants have come to love this. It allows your family to spend the full weekend at the shore -- and avoid the Saturday morning check-in and check-out traffic and confusion. Returning tenants have "first refusal" rights each summer for their week. Please enter your contact information (email, name, address, phone) and indicate the week you are interested in. Discounts may be available for repeat rentals -- Please contact us for off-season or shorter duration rates. We have become a popular "overflow" for out of town guests for weddings and special occasions. While we don't rent to typical "party groups", we are happy to work with families to make your Stone Harbor events welcoming. Book Clubs and Bridge groups will find card tables and spaces to really enjoy the shore.

Occupancy maxes at 13 without prior written permission. Rates vary with occupancy.

Summer 2023 rates for the remaining weeks are $11,000 a week. We include complimentary departure cleaning, all linens and beach tags for your use while staying at our home.

Off-season (October - May) - rates vary depending on occupancy. $900 to $1,400 a night with 3 night minimum requested. Email to ask!
