Living room - includes TV w/DVR and DVD player, and many premium channels as well as smart connections that let you use your own services. The Family Room is a den with similar technology set ups. The Living room and the family room allow you and your family to spread out or stay together.

1st floor single bedroom (Bedroom 7) with adjoining private bath - ideal for a babysitter, a limited-mobility visitor, or a short-stay guest.
So much information to share -- we have included many, many pictures because today's busy world makes a "showing" hard to schedule. (But we will make appointments)
Our house is definitely a family destination -- with 7 bedrooms, a dining room that seats 14+, a prep-kitchen with double ovens, 5 burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, breakfast area for easy eating, a bar sink, and every appliance we can think of.
The first floor includes:
a "mud room" that holds all the beach gear, a freezer and an extra fridge.
an all new state of the art kitchen
a guest- single bedroom with adjoining private full bath
a dining room with seats for 14
a living room with a large screen TV
a den with seating for 5 and another TV (we call it the "kids" room)
a laundry room with washer and dryer (and an outside line for old fashioned air drying)
first floor 1/2 bath
This custom dining table is easily set for 14. The built-in buffet at the front of the room makes family-style eating perfect for all ages.
This room is adjacent to the kitchen.
Not showing is a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer along with a large utility sink. We also have a 1/2 bath in the first floor hall, and a full bath in the single bedroom.
