The second floor is home to 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a large well-stocked linen closet and easy access to a screened porch and an outdoor deck. All rooms have ceiling fans and privacy doors, so you can enjoy sea breezes or rely on the air-conditioning
This King sized bed promises a good-night's sleep at the west end of the house. The room opens onto the screened porch, and includes a sitting room (inset below) and full master bathroom along with two large closets and 2 built in dressers. You may be staying for a short time, but you don't have to live out of your suitcase. Unpack and relax. A large TV allows the guests in this room to watch their favorite movies or sports.
With a center hall running the full length of the second floor, there are multiple bedrooms all with ceiling fans::

All bed and bath linens are included. Before checkout, we ask that you wash your towels but we collect bedlinens and replace them for the next tenant. We can arrange for all laundry for a fee.
The sun porch runs the length of the second floor, adjoining an outdoor deck. It is is all screens with ceiling fans, promising pleasant conditions day and night. True to our promise that all you need to bring is your suitcase, you will find countless books, puzzles and games here for you to enjoy rain or shine!
The second floor outdoor deck can be reached by the flight of ourdoor steps that run directly from the outdoor shower downstairs, allowing you to shower and head up to change. The outdoor steps also allow for easy food service from the kitchen to the deck. Beautiful sea breezes and views of the multi-million dollar houses that are our neighbors greet you.
