We provide linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, travel size soaps, shampoos, paper towels and toilet paper (at least to get you started!) We include a departure cleaning in your rental and we do the bed linens after you leave. Come, have fun and wave goodbye!

Rental Rates vary by week, ranging from $7,000 to $12,500 per week depending on time of year. Minimum rent is one week, but shorter periods may be available during off-season. For the summer /high season, the rental period is Friday to Friday, which our tenants agree allows them to enjoy the full weekend and depart on Friday afternoons.
Rather than using a leasing agent, we are using a Property Manager. You avoid the lines for keys and can get a response quickly to any questions. Departure, make-ready cleaning service is included in the rent.
